District Admin: Managing Users

Your District Administrator account will allow you manage certain aspects of your district users’ accounts, as well as, create and edit user information. This feature is handy if you need to help a user with their password, or they are having trouble updating any information in their user profile.  This is also how you can add additional district administrators to your PyxisEdu account.

This video will show you how to:

  • Create a user account
  • Edit existing user information, including account names and passwords
  • Set user account roles
  • And export user information in CSV format
